Slough Trading Estate is the largest privately owned industrial estate in single ownership in Europe — 500+ acres, around 17,000 employees, and a tenant roster that includes Mars, LEGO, Reckitt, O2, Equinix, Microsoft, Akzo Nobel and Telefónica. Add the data-centre cluster around Slough West and the corporate offices along Bath Road, and SL1 is one of the most active out-of-London commercial environments we work in. The brief here mixes premium corporate-HQ work with industrial-scale warehouse graphics, often in the same building.

The Slough Trading Estate is run by Segro, with consistent tenant-fit-out standards and approvals. We've installed for multiple SL1 occupiers within that framework and know how to brief landlord approvals so they land cleanly first time, including required documentation for tenant alterations and external signage.

Slough's warehouse and production environments require materials rated for industrial use — abrasion-resistant wall vinyl that survives forklift impact, anti-slip floor laminate for production zones, and chemical-resistant films for cleanrooms and labs.
